This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Jenni Finlay Promotions, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.linkedin.com/in/jennifinlay.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. The page Jenni Finlay Promotions has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which is unlikely to be suitable for an article (or at best would need a fundamental rewrite). Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hello, I'm Seaphoto. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Dave Alvin, because to me it seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thanks, SeaphotoTalk 16:25, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of "I'll Be Here in the Morning: The Songwriting Legacy of Townes Van Zandt"

[edit]

A page you created, I'll Be Here in the Morning: The Songwriting Legacy of Townes Van Zandt, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is obvious advertising or promotional material.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. SeaphotoTalk 16:26, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Butch Hancock with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate may links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. SeaphotoTalk 16:26, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Jack Ingram with this edit. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.
