I have restored the article without removing the {{prod}} tag - but I'd recommend modifying your reason in the tag to a policy-based objection (like, possibly "biography of a living person with no citations from reliable sources independent of the subject" or "doesn't demonstrate meeting Wikipedia's notability standard (WP:BIO)" as "unencyclopedic" is generally not considered a valid argument for deletion of an article. Also, it's not exactly a Good Idea to blank an article and then prod it, for it appears to be something not done in good faith - keep the text and tag it (there's nothing wrong to edit it - just don't render it to appear to be something that qualifies for speedy deletion before tagging for deletion.
