Wikipedia has an article on Chick Harbert a tour golf professional that was popular in the 1940s and 50s. He was a close friend of my father, and our families were close. I have recently come across a wonderful photo of Chick that my father took in 1959 before the Motor City Open at Meadowbrook CC in Northville, MI. Chick was the resident golf pro, my father the golf course superintendent. I wanted to honor both men by submitting the photo.

I understand from my emails with Herfold that there was a Jimbertoni in past years that was destructive. I assure you that wasn't me. My name IS Jim Bertoni, I am 65 years old (tomorrow)and I live in Huntington Beach, CA. I am (and have been for a few years) on facebook. If you review me there, I believe you will see me harmless. I have no hidden agendas. Thank you for your considerations.
