Speedy deletion of Collection NewYork[edit]

Explanation for removing external links[edit]

You've asked why your links have been removed [1]. Since I've removed most of them, and those of Laurantiarothstein, I thought I would give an explanation. Although the site doesn't have a home page to clarify its purpose the invitation to send an email for further information, and the fact that the works are small-scale and minor, looks to me as if www.collectionnewyork.com is the site of an art dealer. (The domain is owned by Jeff Koons LLC, which is interesting, but doesn't in itself undermine the site's credibility). Sometimes commercial external links can remain if they add some information not available from other more authoritative sources, but in these instances they do not.
