Proposed deletion of Dr. jacob oduor[edit]

The article Dr. jacob oduor has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Dr. Oduor, perhaps it might be best before you continue to create and edit articles if you stop to review Wikipedia's policies against promoting yourself or your organizations. Clearly, you are a very learned man and could contribute much valuable input to Wikipedia -- I would hate to see the project lose your input due to bad feelings about a bad start.
