I concur. I have restored the user's talk page access. They must address the various problems that lead to their block and specifically must address their threat to rape and murder. I won't even edit any Eastern European articles again, I remember it was about Moldova where it all started, the language got officially changed in Constitution and in every law to Romanian and that's what I wanted for it to be and remain on the article because Moldovan doesn't exist anymore cause it's literally Romanian, anyways I won't get into it again...
