Proposed deletion of ChinaPollution[edit]

The article ChinaPollution has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Can you please not copy and paste the whole article when you use the {{edit semi-protected}} template instead of summarizing what changes you want to be made?
