Speedy deletion nomination of Colie Williams[edit]

A tag has been placed on Colie Williams requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please note that even if the copyright issue were resolved, the promotional tone of a company or personal website is likely be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. Article subjects must meet Wikipedia's standard of notability, see also Notability (people) and WP:MUSICBIO; it is not enough to be "up and coming". JohnCD (talk) 10:25, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
