Please do further research before committing my additions and contributions. I have researched this fir my entire life, and obtained 2 Ph.Ds based on my research,in my soonto be published book.Working title, "Revelations". I have been honored as businessman of the year from 2000 to 2008 and served as an Advisor to President George W. Bush.
