Hello Mato, you know you really need to monitor the accounts channel, we shouldn't have to come to your talk page to ask questions about request you are handling. Thanks for your message - I am constantly changing between doing different things, am not on my computer all the time and don't have a browser window open all the time. Once the request has been closed (as it was at 13:20) I may not be around to answer immediate questions. If it is compulsory for me to be in the IRC channel whilst handling every request then I will be there but I think in the majority of cases it is unnecessary. I think it is reasonable for you to come to my talk page if you have any queries.

Regarding the request at hand, I sent an email to the user at 13:18 via the Accounts mailing list to say that I would be resetting their password, and have now done so. Mato (talk) 13:38, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

I have to say that I agree with Mlpearc, it is critical that you are on the #wikipedia-en-accounts ^connect channel whenever handling a request in case we have real time questions for you or vice verca. It is necessary for us to be able to contact you and ask you questions so we don't confuse newbies when handling requests. ACC information that we need from you may be private and we cannot come to your talkpage.
