A tag has been placed on Draft:Immigrant Invest, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. December 2023[edit]

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:

Hello! My account was blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use.

I request that my account be unblocked. I indicated that my account belongs to "paid editor" on my profile page. I have read the Wikipedia rules.

I am an employee of the Immigrant Invest company, about which I created a page in Drafts. I had no intention of publishing it publicly until moderators or experienced participants evaluated it.

My past edits in other articles, with the exception of the article about the Immigrant Invest company, are in no way connected with my affiliation with anyone. I have not received, do not receive, and do not plan to receive compensation for edits in any articles (except for the article about Immigrant Invest). All of these edits are the result of my desire to contribute to the information value and usefulness of Wikipedia for readers.

In the future, I agree to abide by Wikipedia's rules. MazzDak (talk) 15:55, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Be advised that all edits to any type of page(articles, talk pages, drafts, policy pages, etc.) are public, though some are harder to find than others. All edits appear in the Recent Changes feed which is monitored by many people. If you don't want people to see what you are doing, don't post it on Wikipedia until you are ready. You will need to formally disclose your paid editing status and tell what edits you will make now that you know you won't be permitted to, at this time, make conflict of interest related edits. This will not be permanent, but we will need to see a good edit history from you demonstrating your understanding of relevant Wikipedia content policies before permitting you to indirectly contribute about your company. I would also suggest reading WP:BOSS, and if you were directed to create an article about your company, have your superiors read it too. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 07:41, 10 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
