Per the comment in the article, discuss any proposed image change on the article's talk page, but we cannot use your unlicensed image. You cannot simply upload pictures that you find online. Okay. Just a quick question, can I upload an image from her instagram account? Is that considered a violation of copyright?

We can only use images that are explicitly licensed for public use in a manner that meets Wikipedia requirements, which includes even commercial use of the image.
