I've copied the text into here. you should note the following when preparing for recreation.

There were three edit after your last, one of which removed external links considered by that editor as spammy.
prior to my deletion, it had already been tagged as shown in the text for both notability and advertising by other editors
If you recreate, I think the passages I've bolded in the text need reviewing - it's phrases like those that make it seem POV and advertising in style.
