A cup of coffee for you![edit]

This is for your awesome work preparing the Image Cytometry article. I found it since it links to the Flow Cytometry Bioinformatics article I recently created. Anyway, I reckon with only a few minor formatting changes, your article is good to go into the main article space.

The minor changes would be:

Delete the Image Cytometry heading (this gets generated automatically from the article name)
Delete the Introduction heading (your introduction should be the "lead" section).
Bold the words "Image cytometry" in the first sentence.
Move the "main article" in Image processing analysis to directly under the subheading
Add external links and see also sections

I'd be happy to help you out with these and/or with creating the article and importing it into the main namespace if you have any trouble. I can also dig up some nice, open access figures.
