Speedy deletion nomination of Queen Alexandra Butterfly

A tag has been placed on Queen Alexandra Butterfly, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

it promotes an initiative, but doesn't qualify as a G11 because it's not an organization...but under the same principle, it needs to be removed
