Women in Red[edit]

Hi there, S.v.Mering, and welcome to Women in Red. It's good to see you intend to help us along by improving our coverage of women botanists and naturalists. Although you have written a short biography in German, you have not yet created any articles on the English Wikipedia. When you find time to create your first women's biography, you'll find guidance in our Ten Simple Rules. You'll see from here that there are quite a number of biographies of women botanists in German which have not yet been included in English. I see from here that you have many other interests. You might also be able to encourage your students to participate in writing about women. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 08:43, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ipigott, thank you for welcoming me. Up to now, I have mostly worked in Wikidata and have only made small edits in Wikipedia. As you will notice if you have a look at this page, you got the wrong Sabine in the link above ;o) (we get confused from time to time and we know each other). I will get in touch if I need assistance, thank you! --S.v.Mering (talk) 10:02, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about the confusion. Thanks for pointing it out.--Ipigott (talk) 07:07, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
