Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Saleemchishti, Good day. Wikipedia is non political associated encyclopedia planform and all info are added or changed as per the source provided. Under Wikipedia guidelines dont place the subject ethnicity in the lead section (intro) but nationality. However, a person ethnicity can be placed on the body text if it is supported by independent, reliable source such as form the newspapers and books. The subject was born in China so as the nationality he is Chinese. Cassiopeia talk 00:37, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Does M.K. Gandhi's wikipedia page describe him as "British"? I hope you're not unaware of the string of self immolations in Tibet, as an expression of protest against the Chinese occupation. There is absolutely nothing illegitimate about describing Su Mudaerji(Sonam Daerjee, look how the Han massacred his name too) as Sino-Tibetan, if you have any concept of justice. I know about the Tibat and China history. As mentioned this is Wikipedia, any info added or changed is supported by independent, reliable source for verification. He was born in China for such he is Chinese as the nationality of China. Cassiopeia talk 08:53, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
shaheed bhagat singh was also born and died in British India, technically a subject of the British empire. please go to his page and change the part in his intro which says "Indian" to "British". Saleemchishti (talk) 08:59, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
