Hi, SarahJaneSmith. I reverted your change to the picture on William J. Jefferson. While I am not in theory opposed to a picture of him in convict garb (considering he is now a convicted felon), it needs to be a genuine picture, not something Photoshopped. File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:WilliamJeffersonFelon.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Skier Dude (talk) 22:10, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi SarahJaneSmith! You completely reverted my bias-free and stylistic overhaul of Charlie Melancon's article saying I lacked consensus. You then proceeded to read the talk page, and then while you read it, removed several things in the article that were clearly indefensible, leaving many sloppy errors like citations without preceding text. After another user rightfully removed the "Taxpayer Funded Trip" section which had already been deemed inappropriate for Wikipedia in the past, the article is almost identical to my final revision, save for some copyedits I did. I am going to restore my original edit to the page since after all the changes that were made, if it's going to be that close to an acceptable variation, it might as well be stylistically improved. If you see any problems with it, you may try contributing to the talk page and explaining your edits, since you're almost wholly responsible for everything I had to remove - including the "validly cited information" whose citations don't actually back up the text you wrote. Keep working to improve the page! Kelseypedia (talk) 16:20, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
