I have tagged this article with {{notability}}, because I cannot find reliable sources that would show how the organization is notable. To be included in Wikipedia, all articles must have reliable sources independent of the subject. This can be news articles or similar publications, of which I can find none for ISCMS. Additionally, the article is written in a promotional tone - "We started with four member schools...", for example. Articles on Wikipedia must be written from a neutral point of view. Finally, I notice that your username matches the name of one of the founders of ISCMS. You're going to want to have a look at our conflict of interest policy; in brief, editors cannot write about themselves, or subjects with which they are closely associated.
