Happy New Year!

Christmas was yesterday: Happy New Year!

Happy new Headcheese!-hexaChord2 02:47, 1 January 2009 (UTC)#

Hello

I am here to promote Marxism-Leninism , not to vandalise. Thank you. --Jefferson Standard Limited (talk) 17:33, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

Unfortunately, making random pages redirect to Marxism-Leninism is vandalism. shirulashem (talk) 17:38, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
No it is not vandalism. Good day to you sir.

WPNJ coordinators

We have accomplished a tremendous amount with WPNJ even if things aren't hopping, but I agree that a re-evaluation of our progress can help fill in even more. We've filled in articles for every (or nearly every) municipality, state and federal legislator, school district, public high school, etc. Your efforts on evaluating articles has been a tremendous help. My only suggested change might be to invite any other WPNJ members who might be interested in serving as coordinators, on a more the merrier basis. Please let me know what we can do to reignite WPNJ. Alansohn (talk) 02:28, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for teh changes. Sounds great. Let's get 2009 off in the right direction. Alansohn (talk) 13:33, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

tag removal

You asked me to remove a tag for an edit done by User talk:68.146.193.243, he made an mispelled edit and I thought it was vandalism so thanks for telling me.

No problem. I didn't want that user's IP to have a warning message on their "record". I suppose I could've done it myself, but I don't like to reverse edits by other established users unless absolutely necessary. shirulashem (talk) 01:54, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Nice barnstars etc.

Nice barnstars you made, don't forget to load them onto Wikipedia:Barnstars and Wikipedia:Awards by WikiProject for the New Jersey one (or is it New Joizey..) :) Cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 10:52, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the note. And no ... it's JERZEE. ;-) shirulashem (talk) 18:49, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the welcome!

Shirulashem, thanks for the welcome and your additions to the article. I use wiki at work, but Wikipedia is a bit daunting. --Usman3 (talk) 03:43, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

sorry

the reason that i did it is that i am greenwood1010...i forgot my password about 10 months ago...couldn't figure it out. so i gave up...recently i decided to make a new account , transfer all info from old to new...how do you delete an old account?--Greenwood1012 (talk) 03:37, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Unfortunately, accounts cannot be deleted. I don't really have any experience in this area, but you may want to try USURP. Good luck! shirulashem (talk) 03:42, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Project nesting

Many Wikipedia projects are actually a subset of a project that is larger in scope. If something is listed under the Anime and Manga Project, for instance, it almost never needs the Japan Project. Doceirias (talk) 23:47, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Oh, and you should be using the novels banner for novels; books focuses on non-fiction. Doceirias (talk) 23:51, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to the Xionist conspiracy

I did create the box but it was inspired by this tread on Jimbo page. You are welcome to use or adapt it in any way you want. Jon513 (talk) 05:16, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

Nice barnstar

{{The Barnstar of Integrity}} Any chance of a ribbon to go with it? --Rogerb67 (talk) 23:59, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Sure. I've added it to the list. shirulashem (talk) 14:08, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
Fab. Thanks. --Rogerb67 (talk) 15:19, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
