May 2008 China / PRC / Chinese Civilization[edit]

I reverted your changes on China and People's Republic of China because one day of insistent posting does not really constitute a discussion of changes, especially before such a major change KevinCuddeback (talk) 15:00, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Of course all the changes you've made are consistent, but I don't see that they are being done on the basis of any sort of editorial consensus. As far as I can tell, you have simply waited a week before imposing your views on the Wikipedia. I don't really care how the articles go (an important thing, when striving for NPOV) If you care, you probably care too much to be neutral, and I'd recommend that you wait for others to implement your desires. I'm thinking there needs to be Wikipedia:Dispute resolution on this sort of thing. If nobody else happens to be around to dispute, that doesn't mean the dispute is resolved or that the issue was not controversial to begin with. I just happened to notice that the talk record obviously shows it was controversial, so does all the template work in the comments section of the articles involved. These should be respected. It also seems that the introductory text in the articles had done a good job of trying to respect the various opinions.KevinCuddeback (talk) 15:32, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 15:08, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

May 2008 — Your Recent Edits[edit]

Hi Singaga, Your recent moves have been reverted due to 2 reasons, (1) There is absolutely no consensus to move the articles, (2) They were improperly moved as cutting and pasting articles is not allowed. If you wish to move an article, please use the move button at the top of your page. Thank You. nat.utoronto 16:00, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
