AfD nomination of Skerlnik[edit]

This block is symptomatic of Ryulong's trigger-happy abuse of admin powers. One of his allies blocked me for posting on this RFC. I am not a sockpuppet. I am just a new user that stumbled on this RFC and did some research on diffs. Please review.
