Request reason:

I created a second account with this IP address immediately after making this one because my app wasn't working—I thought the problem might be the first account. The second account is "Kapara, son of Hadianu." I've seen that dual account creation can be a potential reason for my immediate blocking as "collateral damage" of your machine learning. If this is the case, please help, because I want to make some new pages for a few of my favorite works of academic nonfiction.
