Hey there StudioGall. Well for the image thing I will direct you to this:

HOW DO I ADD PHOTOS/IMAGES/PICTURES TO MY NEW ARTICLE!?
Your best bet for how to add pictures would be to have a look first at this: Help:Images_and_other_uploaded_files which will then lead you to have a look at both uploading a pic: Wikipedia:Uploading_images and then playing around with it on the article can be achieved by looking at this: WP:PIC. It might seem a bit overwhelming at first, but WP:BOLD and you should get the hang of it.
Now as for your other questions as long as the info can be cited somewhere then it is OK to put on Wikipedia. Whatever is un cited anywhere would be hard to prove that it came from him (has what he told you not been said anywhere else? Surely he had an interview or something mentioning that stuff?).
