Proposed deletion of Prince Majeed Talal Arslan[edit]

The article Prince Majeed Talal Arslan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable person. Only claim to notability is being the son of a politician (see WP:NOTINHERITED) with hopes to become one day a politician. When those hopes are realized, notability may well be established, but not yet.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Talal Arslan[edit]

I fixed an error on Talal Arslan, but you have reverted this fix. The infobox on this page indicates that Talal Arslan's tenure as president of the LDP is from 2001 to present (emphasis added). If Talal Arslan is still president of the party, he can't yet have a successor. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball and supposed future events have no place here. When (and if) Majeed Arslan takes office as the president of the LDP, he can be listed as Talal Arslan's successor, but not before. Please do not reintroduce this misinformation. I am going to ask once more why you feel it necessary to add unverifiable information about a possible future event to Talal Arslan.
