Thank you for your comments on Wikipedia:Abuse reports/217.87.x.x. Wikipedia prohibits editing from open proxies (see WP:NOP) so I don't know if there is any capability to block the underlying user of a transparent proxy or not ... but I am going to ask. --B (talk) 01:42, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
