Swami Rama[edit]

The only contributions you have made are unsubstantiated slander supported by a questionable and insignificant source. This portends that you have an axe to grind. Don't do it here. --Empacher 21:01, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I did a simple google search on curiosity and know nothing about Swami Rama otherwise. All I saw was someone balnking info they didnt like. So i'm not the one with an axe to grind and you saying so tells me there is a problem.

It is not for YOU to decise if the source is correct. How the hell is referincing a newspaper article slander? Venus Copernicus 01:28, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You might want to first check the public record on lawsuits against the article against the author of that article. And then you might want to look at WP:DBAD. You are also in violation of the 3 revert rule, which means you are in danger of being banned.
If you have a bone to pick with Swami Rama, call the Institute. Else, shut up. --Empacher 01:40, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You are being rude and accusing me of what you are doing. I am not voilating the revert rule. YOU are blanking.

And you are making this personal by assuming it is personal on my end for no reason. I have nothing to pick with the insitute. I could care less. I have a bone to pick with dishonest scholars who cant accept references because they dont like what they say. Venus Copernicus 01:47, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

August 2008[edit]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Galactic Confederacy. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. It is COMPLETELY CITED on the WP entry it refers to. isn't that enough? Venus Copernicus (talk) 12:00, 26 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 19:50, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Swami Rama, Threats, Insults & Blanking[edit]

Thank you for notifying me. The easiest way that I can think of is likely WP:ANI, so that's probably what you're looking for. Be sure to tell me how things go. Good luck! ~ Troy (talk) 22:36, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

List of New Religious Movements Talk[edit]

You weighed in previously on the talk page for the list of New Religious Movements. I have made a proposal for a re-write of that section. Would you take a look at it and weigh in one way or the other? Thanks. Groupsisxty (talk) 19:26, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Vangelis[edit]

Good job on finding the source! Cheers friend :-) Utan Vax (talk) 07:01, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Harry Palmer[edit]

Dabs Calling him "(Avatar)" is essentially an agreement that he is an avatar, which is a claim outside the scope of Wikipedia. If you want to move him to something else, how about Harry Palmer (religious leader) or somesuch? —Justin (koavf)TCM☯ 23:11, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I get it. The wording implies that he IS an Avatar, which was no one's intention. How about "Harry Palmer (Avatar Course founder)" or "Harry Palmer (Star's Edge)"? BTW, what is "dabs"?Venus Copernicus (talk) 12:52, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adding back poorly sourced material to page currently located at "Avatar Course"[edit]

Please do not add poorly sourced material back to the page currently located at "Avatar Course". The material was remove as it failed WP:RS, per discussion at WP:RSN. Please take some time to read WP:ARBSCI, and the relevant applicable remedies therein. Thank you, -- Cirt (talk) 13:17, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm still learning LOL but I have a question. Can I reference it with the actual publication the link refers to?
