Bad fair use of Image:Il-62 quadrotour aero.jpg[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Il-62 quadrotour aero.jpg, by Russavia (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Il-62 quadrotour aero.jpg is an image with a clearly invalid fair use tag; or it is an image that fails some part of the non-free content criteria and the uploader has been given 48 hours' notification (for images uploaded after 2006-07-13) or seven days' notification (for images uploaded before that date).
