I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Pagaian Cosmology, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Backing away from a cliff...
[edit]Dear Dr. Livingstone,
You seem to be in the beginnings of getting off to a bad start at Wikipedia. You see, editors here react very badly to people who try to use the site to promote themselves and their work. Sockpuppetry and/or meatpuppetry are frowned upon as well. The good news is that Wikipedians are rather forgiving of newcomers' mistakes and many respected editors have started off by writing vanity articles only to move on to become valued contributors. I think that your book may qualify for an article here, based on it having multiple reviews. If you e-mailed me copies of the reviews, I could determine if I thought they were long enough (i.e., non-trivial) and were from reliable sources (at least some of them appear to be, at first glance). As I have an interest in nontraditional religions, I would be interested in writing the article myself. Let me stress that trying to write an article about your own book is a bad idea. You may e-mail me by going to user page and clicking on "E-mail this user" along the left hand side of your computer screen. I will leave you our standard welcoming template, which has useful links for you to use to become more familiar with editing at Wikipedia. Cheers, JChap2007 16:43, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
