My cousin was playing on my Wikipedia account without my permission. It was my fault for trusting him to utilize the account without proper observance in the case, of which has happened, that he seeks to vandalize Wikipedia pages. I will be sure to further lock my account out of his ability to use it and partake in any necessary discussions to remove my block. To reply to your message, accounts cannot be deleted; it isn't necessary even if it were possible as there is no danger of it being used by anyone; compromised accounts are not unblocked.
