Vargahan Rural District (Persian: دهستان ورگهان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ahar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 5,101, in 1,085 families.[2] The rural district has 36 villages.
