"Who's That Girl" is the first single taken from Eve's second album Scorpion and her fifth U.S. single, whereas it was her debut single throughout Europe.
The single was a moderate success in the United States, peaking at number 47 on the Billboard Hot 100, however, in the UK, it became a large success, peaking at number six on the UK Singles Chart. It was also number 97 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop.
