Undergraduate students in FNH 490 (Topics in Food, Nutrition & Health) at the University of British Columbia are creating or improving articles in Wikipedia related to a variety of topics in nutrition. Students will be working in groups of 4 or 5 on a topic of their choosing. The course runs from Sept to Dec 2009. Course instructor: User:Drbethsnow.
