Zehlenfan (Persian: زهلنفان)^[a] is a village in Damen Rural District of Damen District, Iranshahr County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, serving as capital of the district.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 511 in 85 households, when it was in the Central District.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 484 people in 103 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 521 people in 130 households.^[2]

After the census, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Damen District, which was divided into two rural districts.^[4]
