Zhangeldi (Kazakh: Жангелді ауданы) is a district of Kostanay Province in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Torgay.[2] Population: 14,337 (2013 estimate);[1] 15,690 (2009 Census results);[3] 20,533 (1999 Census results).[3]
