Stephen Mwema ( born September 08, 1963) is a retired bantamweight Kenyan boxer. As amateur boxer Mwema represented Kenya on 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. He defeated Rambahadur Giri from Nepal and Alberto Machaze from Mozambique but lost in Quarterfinals to Kennedy McKinney from United States^[1]. He also won gold medal at All Africa Games 1987 in Nairobi^[2]. During his professional boxing career he had 15 wins, 5 losses and one draw^[3].
