Roman Stantien (born 16 October 1964 in Dubnica nad Váhom, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak professional ice hockey player who played with HC Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Extraliga.[1]
He played also for HK Poprad, HC Dukla Trenčín, HC Vsetín, HC Vítkovice, Amur Khabarovsk and MsHK Žilina.[2] He represented Slovakia at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. In 2009 he ended his active career.
