Likely copyright violation. Obviously a professional studio shot, unlikely to belong to an anonymous Flickr page owner, surrounded by other dubious pictures on [http://www.flickr.com/photos/wave-rider/ wave-rider's Flickr page. Kww 13:03, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well this was the first time i uploaded an image on wikipedia....i believed that it was free to use but now that suspicions have been raised about the status of the image, i agree that it might not be the work of "wave-rider". however, i believe that decision for deletion be taken after some consideration becos the license does seem to be in order even though the antecedents of the photographer are unknown. anyways i leave it to the best judgement of the administrator or whoever it is to delete the image. This image, for use in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, is rationaled solely "to illustrate the DVD in question." The DVD, as dicsussed in said article: "...contains widescreen and full screen version of the movie, 5.1 Dolby Digital and Stereo Surround sound selections, the episode 'Bully Boogie', and interviews with the voice actors." This copyrighted image does not "significantly increase readers' understanding of [this] topic, [nor would] its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." This image came from a website with other pictures of Dawson. There are also a couple of pictures That look a alike to this image. Image was uploaded for the Heston Blumenthal article, but is not of Heston Blumenthal, so is now orphaned. (It's not clear who the photo is supposed to be of; either it's someone who the uploader incorrectly believes to be Heston Blumenthal, or it's a private joke.
