Sievo is a Finnish software as a service (SaaS) company that specializes in procurement analytics.
History
Sievo was founded in 2003 by Sammeli Sammalkorpi[1] and Matti Sillanpää in Helsinki. In 2017, a subsidiary corporation, Sievo Inc., was established in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and in 2022, a second subsidiary named Sievo Procurement Analytics S.R.L. was founded in Bucharest, Romania.
In 2022, Sievo announced $44 Million growth investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.[2]
Technology
Sievo software provides procurement analytics solutions for spend analysis, contract management, CO2 analytics, spend forecasting and benchmarking.[3]
Sievo has been listed in the Spend Matters Almanac’s 50 procurement providers to know for 2023[4] and has received the Procurement Technology Award from the World Procurement Awards, organized in association with Ivalua.[5]
