I correct false info on Wikipedia.[edit]

any false info I see, I will edit, deal with it. Magnifecent Box8182 (talk) 21:10, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, Purussaurus. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments belong on the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and may respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. AntiDionysius (talk) 21:14, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your editing pattern to the Purussaurus page sure looks similar to the blocked user Jeaney Collects (talk · contribs). Sockpuppet? See WP:SOCK. Cougroyalty (talk) 21:22, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well-spotted. Definitely a sock. AntiDionysius (talk) 21:24, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I'm "Jeaney collects," however, that account was unjustly banned, and this is not vandalism. I accidentally, on my previous account added "the Purussaurus Ultimas" segment by deleting a pre-existing one. That's why I was banned. However, this time, I did it correctly. The purussaurus Ultimas does exist, that's why I added the segment in the first place. Magnifecent Box8182 (talk) 21:27, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You know that you can't just decide that your ban was "unjust" and that any edits you make while evading a ban can be reverted straight away, by any user, with no other cause? AntiDionysius (talk) 21:29, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. Although, I'm not "deciding." I'm simply correcting false info. Ban me if you please, but remember, the Purussaurus Ultimas segment should stay, as it is a valid explanation of an existing variant of the Purussaurus itself. Magnifecent Box8182 (talk) 21:31, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I mean, you are deciding, you're making a subjective statement about the justice of the ban. The factual questions relating to the article are a whole other thing and one I have zero knowledge of (or, frankly, interest in. I'll leave it to better-informed editors). Anyway, that's all neither here nor there. Block evaders do get banned and their edits get reverted. I'd advise not wasting your time. AntiDionysius (talk) 21:34, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
"A river cuts through a rock, not because of its power, but its persistence." If you ban me once again, you must expect me to come back, again, and again, until Purussaurus Ultimas info reaches easier accessibility to the public. It may take years, decades even, but I'll just keep coming back with different accounts. Note this, and do not forget, for it may be your downfall. Judging by your response, your not the most serious wiki editor, at least, not about shit like this. My point still stands, however. I knowthat what I put on the page was correct, I know my ban was unjust, and youknow I won't stop until someone else recognizes that, and wiki keeps the segment on the page. Advice when you create your next account: Add references. If the 11-foot toothed crocodile you added is real, there should be a paper or at least a news site describing it. Adding references is the principle to add reliable information. If you can't do that, leave Wikipedia. Ta-tea-two-te-to (talk) 02:08, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
