Although Lucy was indef. blocked for his harassment, long-term disruption, and abusive sockpuppetry in July, his [[Plala]] IP sock, has constantly evading from his sanction and vandalised [[WP:ANI]]/[[WP:AN]]/user pages including [[Jimbo Wales]] to attack me. His last appearance as a IP sock, {{User|118.18.198.64}} was on September [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:118.18.198.64&diff=prev&oldid=235671733], and other contributions with the IP match with Lucy's interests; controversial education, religion, health. 

On the other hand, the newbie, {{User|Occidentalist}} appears to have a distinct goal to document "Anti-Korean" contents from the start. He registered his account on Nov. 9 but has a profound Wiki-knowledge. His first contribution was listing a material regarding [[Prostitution in South Korea]] on a [[WP:DAB]] page[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Camptown&diff=prev&oldid=250574243] and expanding the [[Prostitution in South Korea]]. The expanded contents with references are almost same as when {{User|Ex-oneatf}}, {{User|Logitech95}}, Lucyintheskywithdada and other sockpuppeters disrupted [[Comfort women]] with plagiarism in July. It caught my attention as soon as Occidentalist created his account and seems to be a native speaker living in Japan per his log-outed edit with his Japanese [[Plala]] sock, {{User|118.18.196.159}}. These elements also match to Lucy. As Occidentalist expanded [[Prostitution in South Korea]], he did not link his used websources from web news and inserted non-existent hoax or blog sources which are also identical M.O with Lucy.[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Prostitution_in_South_Korea&diff=252774646&oldid=252660067] At that time, that tactic used by Ex-oneaft and Lucy made people hard to check sources' reliability. Moreover, Occidentalist began following my edits yesterday and blindly reverted my edits[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Severance_Hospital&diff=prev&oldid=252934577] which seem that he intentionally made edit wars even though my disputed matters with another user, {{User|Tenmei}} were settled down after my provided additional sources and he retracted all accusation of OR, SYNTHESIS for the articles. Let us do a break down of your methodology so as not to be distracted by your exaggerated claims.

* "hoax" - actually a link to a searchable edition of 'The Annals of the Choson Dynasty', It was The Annals of the Choson Dynasty which are referenced in the article and quoted by the academic.
* "blog" - the actual reference given is 'The Independent, Korea. 10/9/1896' which is notable as the first English language and acceptable as a paper of record. As you requested, URLs to where these references are also recorded. 
* "unreliable excerpt" - original source Korean Times. Actually one of two citations given for same reference. 
* "unrelated info" - relates to official North Korean position on prostitution and trafficking. North Korean is a source of trafficked prostitutes in South Korea as referred to in the topic. Its use actually pre-dates my involvement.
* "non-existent sources" - ECPAT is an acronym for "End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes" a global network.
