Employee surveys

Hey Xtoflip, I just wanted to apologize to you, I incorrectly tagged Employee surveys as a copyright infringement of this. But, as the admin who declined the request pointed out, that page is licensed under CC-BY-SA, which is a usable license for Wikipedia!
