I am assuming you are an honest person. I might be wrong. Here's the chance to prove you are acting on good faith, and not just try to push your views. Go to Tim Song, tell him you were wrong, tell him to lift the block over me (HarQayam) and over the talk page, and promise not to lie again about other users. Tim Song fell for your lies, which is serious enough, but you are the one who lied, and you are responsible to correct your wrong doing. If you don't do it, you will prove that you are here only to act as a bully. [[Special:Contributions/109.66.21.139|109.66.21.139]] ([[User talk:109.66.21.139|talk]]) 07:08, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

UN and time zones

Hi, Do you know how dates and times in UNSC resolutions are interpreted? For example, #678 says "on or before 15 January 1991" -- what time zone is implied? I assume it is in some interpretation manual somewhere but I didn't find it. Thanks. Zerotalk 07:45, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

While I'm here - UN SC resolutions usually use NYC time zone (because this is where the SC convene). In the case of the 1990 ultimatum to Iraq it expired on January 15, 23:59:59 EST (January 16, 04:59:59 UTC). That was January 16, 07:59:59 in Iraq and Saudi Arabia. 109.66.21.139 (talk) 07:27, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
