Ivo Herenčić

It isn't just that, that was what immediately jumped out at me. You need to look much more widely for sources on such a figure. Ustaše i Nezavisna Država Hrvatska 1941-1945 by Fikreta Jelić-Butić definitely needs to be examined, and there are several papers and journal articles by reliable Croatian academics who have examined his activities.
