Sarah-Lee Heinrich (born March 22, 2001, in Iserlohn, Germany)[1] is a German politician for the German Green Party. On October 9, 2021, she was elected with 93.8% of the votes as one of the two speakers of its youth organization, Grüne Jugend.[1]
Heinrich grew up in poverty, being brought up by a single mum on social security benefits.[2]
In the wake of her election, she became nationwide famous for her controversial posts on Twitter during her teenage years, which included racism, homophobia, and antisemitism; she also tweeted violent fantasies.[3]
