So that there is no room for confusion: you are [[WP:TBAN|topic-banned]] from [[WP:ARBAA|Armenia, Azerbaijan, and related ethnic conflicts]], [[WP:broadly construed|broadly construed]], and I would especially suggest that you read what "broadly construed" means. I am going to make this a logged [[WP:AE|Arbitration Enforcement]] topic ban since, frankly, I think the appeal process there is a lot more straightforward. Technically you may appeal at any time, but I would strongly recommend getting at least three months (preferably six) of productive editing in other areas.
