Jamie Marsh (born James Marsh on September 17, 1966) is an American theatre and film actor.

Early life and career

Marsh was born in New York City. In 1981 while living in Stockholm, Sweden with his family, Jamie was cast in his first movie, Montenegro. After moving back to New York and graduating high school, Jamie studied at the H.B. Studios.

In 1991 Marsh received his big break originating the role of Jacob Kurnitz on Broadway in the original cast of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning play Lost in Yonkers[1]. After performing the play over 800 times during the two year run, Jamie moved to Los Angeles in 1993 and immediately began working in film, television and commercials.

In 1992, Marsh was invited to be a member of the Actors Studio.
