* {{IPvandal|62.16.172.21}} was warned 3 times, than banned for 31 hours for vandalizing articles about Norway, the ban has now expired and he immediatley returned to the exact same behaviour: doubling/tripling numbers at random and thus inserting a massive amount of completely bogus information into the articles.
