I've restored [[Ivor Wilks]]. Please use some common sense. I keep running into people like you who spend a lot of time marking articles for deletion, and most of them (you, in particular) lack common sense. "Oh, this article mentions something I never heard of! It must not be notable! Delete it!". The content of the article when you decided it should be deleted would have told anyone with the slightest bit of common sense to google the name, and then you would have found out that the article's assertion that he is notable is true.
