I have restored all the links to the PBS page that apparently you own or oversee in some way. After talking to Hu12, we have decided to put them back because of the value they add to the page. Personally, I believe that as long as you DON'T ADVERTISE IN ANY WAY, you may add links to pages in your influence FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, which apparently is what you did. I would definitely steer clear from editing pages that are about your organization, however. That is conflict of interest that matters. Good Day. I have reviewed an external link you placed to your own web site on the artice Lawrence Ferlinghetti.[1] It is not normally permitted to place such links to your own site. However, this link to a video was, in my opinion, an excellent addition to the article, as links to non-copyvio video are relatively rare. I therefore endorse this addition. I have not reviewed other additions, but if they are videos of a similar quality, then I would have the same opinion. Please note, other editors may disagree with me. However, when you add a link, please put this in the edit summary box:

Also please change the wording of the description of the link. It currently reads:

Lawrence Ferlinghetti featured on KQED Spark

It should read something like

Video of Ferlinghetti talking about his paintng

This is much more useful to the reader.

I am sorry, but I do think that you should respond to this, and find a solution. Wikipedia is not a linkfarm, and interviews can, IMHO, be used as a reference, and do not necessarily be in the external links sections. After all, we are writing an encyclopedia here. Please make contact with a wikiproject, and ask them to either create a template that you can use, or discuss the link-additions on the talkpages. I am sorry, I have blocked you for 31 hours. You have recieved a couple of warnings above, and although some users seem to allow you to add the links, there is no response from your side to any of these warnings. I again ask you, after the block expires, to contact a wikiproject, and find a solution.
